JUMPERS MANAGER - Part Time

Responsibilities

• Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the facility including appearance, presentation, customer experience, and professional leadership and direction to employees.

• Run all aspects of the front office including check-in for parties and open jump and booking parties

• Interact with parents and children in a professional, upbeat, and fun manner

• Coach, teach, and motivate team members to uphold high standards of customer service and safety

• Exercise good business skills and judgment in cost control procedures, financial accounting, inventory levels, and labor management

• Host parties as needed and supervise play area as needed

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Provide information about the products and services

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues and concerns

• Document and update customer records

• Complete daily cleaning of the facility

• Complete monthly and occasional deep cleaning as needed

 

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields

• Ability to build rapport with customers

• Ability to prioritize and multitask

• Positive personality and professional demeanor

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 

Work Schedule and Hours

• Saturday and/or Sunday

• Hours per week: 4-16 hours per week.  Hours are based on manager's availability, but candidate must be available a minimum of 4 hours

 

Pay Rate: $20-$25 per hour

PARTY HOST/BOUNCE HOUSE - Part Time

​

Do you love kids?  Are you out-going, energetic, and a people person? Then we want to hear from you!

 

Responsibilities

• Supervising children during parties and open jump

• Interacting with children and parents during parties and open jump

• Host birthday parties as needed

• Cleaning play area and party rooms as needed

Necessary Skills/Qualifications:

• Currently a College Student or High School Student (16 or older)

• Extremely outgoing, energetic, upbeat, positive attitude and enjoys children

• Able to interact and communicate with both adults and children

• MUST be fluent and comfortable to speak publicly before a large crowd

• MUST be reliable in making the shift on-time based on schedule

• Organized and diligent multi-tasker

• Attention to detail is KEY

• Clear and articulate in verbal and written communications

• Enjoys an exciting and fast paced work environment

 

Work Schedule and Hours

• Work Schedule: Saturdays and/or Sundays

• Hours per week: 3-16 hours per week

• ​This is a part-time weekend job - candidates MUST be available weekends

 

Pay Rate: $11 per hour plus tips when hosting parties
